NDC celebrate a three year anniversary!
NDC welcome new partners to natural diamond
“As we celebrate our three-year anniversary as the Natural Diamond Council (NDC) we can reflect on turbulent times during that period. Fortunately, despite economic uncertainty, the diamond industry remains prosperous, and we continue to be excited by the creativity and innovation happening throughout our industry,” expressed David Kellie, CEO-NDC.
When we set our strategy for the NDC, we couldn’t have anticipated just how much we could achieve with your support. Every day, our global websites receive hundreds of thousands of visitors, and our social media posts are in over 10 million feeds and receive over half a million engagements, all proving that young consumers love natural diamond jewelry.
Despite all that has been achieved, we are still at the start of where we see the potential of the NDC and the natural diamond industry. We recently announced the expansion of our community to include industry partners from throughout the value chain.
At JCK we were delighted to announce the significant support of eight of the most important diamond manufacturers in India–Hari Krishna Exports, Shree Ramkrishna Exports (SRK), Venus Jewel, Diarough, Shivam Jewels, Jewelex, Rosy Blue, and Dianco. In addition, we have received support from the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, Antwerp’s Diamantkring, Botswana’s Diamond Manufacturing Association, and Bonas Group.
It’s important to us that our partners support other businesses in our community. Each of you is investing in the natural diamond dream by supporting similar businesses, it gives everyone in the community the incentive to continue doing so.
