As of 1 January 2024, the prohibition applies to ALL natural, non-industrial rough or polished diamonds that originate in Russia, that have been exported from Russia. As of 1 March 2024 the prohibition applies to Russian natural, non-industrial rough or polished diamonds that have been processed in a third country and equal to or above 1 carat.
