From her first starring role in 2011 in Sofia Coppola’s film Somewhere, Elle Fanning has evolved between independent films and mainstream productions. This original career path saw her become the youngest member of the Cannes Film Festival jury in 2019.
This year, she will star in the historic film The Nightingale, directed by Mélanie Laurent, another Friend of the Maison.
