The total gross export of Gold Jewellery at US$ 775.94 million (Rs. 6448.82 crores) in month of January 2024 is showing a growth of 23.1% (24.98% in Rs. term) as compared to US$ 630.35 million (Rs. 5159.82 crores) for the same period of previous year.
The total export of Plain Gold Jewellery at US$ 437.91 (Rs. 3639.40 crores) in month of January 2024 is showing a Growth of 40.80(43.07% in Rs. term) as compared to US$ 311.02(Rs. 2543.78 crores) for the same period of previous year.
The total export of Studded Gold Jewellery at US$ 338.03 (Rs. 2809.42 crores) in month of January 2024 is showing a Growth of 5.86(7.39% in Rs. term) as compared to US$ 319.33(Rs. 2616.04 crores) for the same period of previous year.
Available Provisional figures are for gross export of Gold Medallions & Coins for the period April 2023 – January 2024 that stood at US$ 2.40 million (Rs. 19.90 crores) shown a growth of 59.240% (63.64% RS. term) over the comparative figure of US$ 1.51 million (Rs. 12.16 crores) for previous year.
