The diamond conglomerate was selected for the honor on the basis of parameters like Employee Centricity, Organisational Purpose, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Safety and Trust, Intrapreneurial Culture, Work-life Balance and Growth, Recognition & Rewards.
The esteemed award was received by Niravbhai Narola, Entrepreneur- Jewellery Vertical, Nidhish Narola, Young Leadership, and Dr. Nirav Mandir, Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), SRK at a function held in Mumbai.
This unique initiative was driven by insights drawn from industry-wide, research and survey conducted by Team Marksmen.
