For the fourth consecutive year, Richemont is ranked on the Forbes World’s Best Employers listing among the top 700 companies that receive the highest scores.

In partnership with global market researcher Statista, Forbes conducted a survey with more than 170,000 workers from 55 countries to evaluate multinational companies and institutions on multiple aspects. These dimensions included the willingness to recommend one’s own employer, as well as company image, economic footprint, and talent development.

Richemont is a Swiss multinational luxury goods holding company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It is the world’s second-largest luxury goods company by market capitalization, after LVMH. The company was founded in 1988 by Johann Rupert, and it owns a number of well-known brands, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Montblanc, and Chloé.

The company was named after the small town of Richemont in Switzerland, a nod to the Swiss heritage and tradition of luxury craftsmanship that would become integral to the brand’s identity.
