De Beers Group announced its new organisational structure and Executive Committee. The structure is designed to deliver De Beers’ strategy, generating sustainable profitable growth and building on the company’s leading position in the diamond industry.
The composition of the De Beers Executive Committee – the most diverse in its history – reflects the breadth of the business, stretching from its mines in southern Africa and Canada to its jewellery boutiques in Europe, America and Asia.
