Sotheby’s featuring a cut-cornered rectangular modified brilliant-cut Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond weighing 21.46 carats, flanked by trapezoid-shaped diamonds, size 6¼.

Sold without reserve. The rarity of Fancy Vivid Yellow diamonds is an enchanting phenomenon that stems from the intricate interplay of geological conditions and chemical composition over millions of years. Only approximately 6% of yellow diamonds achieve the vibrant hues associated with Fancy Vivid Yellow, making them prized stones sought by collectors and connoisseurs.

Being offered at No Reserve, Sotheby’s sealed is thrilled to offer this 21.46 carat cut-cornered rectangular modified brilliant-cut Fancy Vivid Yellow Diamond.

In very good condition, the mounting with minor wear. Interior of shank stamped PT950/750 for platinum and 18 karat gold. The accenting diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 2.30 carats, are approximately E-F color, VS clarity. Accompanied by GIA report no. 5232012344 dated July 26, 2023 stating that the center diamond is Fancy Vivid Yellow, Natural color, VS1 clarity.
