The Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) Foundation proudly announces the launch of the 2025 Emerging Executive Leadership Roundtable, an exclusive, in-person leadership experience designed to empower the next generation of professionals in the jewelry and watch industry. Applications for this highly anticipated program is opened from August 15, 2025 and to close on September 5, 2025.
The inaugural roundtable will take place on October 21, 2025, at J.P. Morgan Headquarters in New York City, bringing together a select group of rising leaders for a one-day, immersive experience. Participants will engage in deep, focused conversations on topics essential to modern leadership, including strategic networking, persuasive communication, and future-focused decision-making.
Far more than a traditional workshop, this roundtable is designed as a true career catalyst—equipping attendees with actionable tools, expanding their leadership mindset, and offering meaningful opportunities to forge relationships that will support their continued ascent in the industry.
To ensure a high-impact and personalized environment, space will be extremely limited. Applications will be carefully reviewed by a jury of respected industry leaders, with successful candidates notified by October 5, 2025. Eligibility requires a minimum of five years of professional experience in the jewelry or watch industry, availability to attend the full in-person event from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on October 21, and acknowledgment that travel and accommodations are not covered.
