JA announces new member benefit with eBay

Jack FerreroJewelers of America (JA), the national trade association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, has announced a new membership benefit through a partnership with eBay, a trusted global fashion destination for buying and selling new and pre-loved luxury and apparel.

Jewelers of America members will have exclusive member access to eBay Concierge, connecting Jewelers of America members with dedicated customer service professionals with minimal wait times.

eBay Concierge is an exclusive premium white-glove service helping members with their selling needs. Currently, the program is open only to select eBay users, including Jewelers of America members. Jewelers of America members can expect the following eBay Concierge benefits through the partnership:

Receive help with everything from resolving an issue with a buyer to analyzing sales data to better serve their businesses. 48 hours to respond to any changes eBay needs made to a listing, to ensure listings aren’t ever removed. Support to keep sales status above standard.
