GJEPC held productive meetings with the Thai Gem & Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) and Indian-Thai Diamond & Colorstone Association (ITDCA), paving the way for renewed collaboration between the three organisations.
The meetings on 16 June were attended by key members including Mr. Dipak Shahthanawuth, Board of Director, TGJTA and also a Director of PR of the ITDCA; Mr. Chomphol Phornchindarak, Vice President, TGJTA; Mr. Somchai Phornchindarak, Honourable President, TGJTA; Ms. Vilasinee Noknaum, Vice President, TGJTA; and Ms. Mariam Dalohkongsalem, Association Manager, ITDCA.
Discussions centred around the revival of the Thai Pavilion at future editions of IIJS, with the Thai delegation expressing strong interest in participating, as done in previous years. They also showed enthusiasm for joining SAJEX 2025 but noted that the timing coincides with the Bangkok Jewelry Show.
