1 illustrativeThe Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) is now accepting nominations for its 2025–2026 Board Member Application cycle, with submissions open until October 15, 2025. This is a unique opportunity for professionals across the jewelry and watch industries to step into leadership roles, help shape the organization’s future, and support the next generation of industry leaders.

Serving on a WJA board is one of the most meaningful ways to give back to the community while advancing women in the jewelry and watch industries. Board service offers members the chance to influence the future of the industry, build career-defining leadership experience, and expand their visibility and credibility within a powerful network of peers and changemakers.

From guiding WJA’s global vision on the National Working Board, championing philanthropic initiatives on the Foundation Board, to creating vibrant local opportunities as Chapter Community Leaders, each role plays a vital part in shaping the growth and impact of the association.

The nomination period runs from September 15 through October 15, 2025. Applications will be reviewed between October 17 and October 24, followed by candidate interviews from October 27 to October 31. The final slate will be announced on November 14, voting will take place between November 15 and December 15, and the new board will be formally announced on December 16, 2025.

On behalf of everyone at WJA, we thank all applicants for their interest in a leadership role and look forward to welcoming new leaders who will guide the association into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact. To learn more and submit your application, please visit the WJA website.
