Elections Board of Directors for Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC) is scheduled on Monday June 17th and Tuesday June 18th, 2024. Elections will be organized for the Six (6) representatives of the diamond dealers in the Board of Directors of AWDC.
These 6 representatives will be composed as, A: 2 diamond dealers which will be elected by and among the diamond dealers which have realized an average turnover of 100 million Euro and more in 2022 and 2023;
B:2 diamond dealers which will be elected by and among the diamond dealers which have realized an average turnover between 30 million Euro and 100 million Euro in 2022 and 2023.
C: 2 diamond dealers which will be elected by all other diamond dealers among the diamond dealers which have realized an average turnover between 500.000 Euro and 30 million Euro in 2022 and 2023.
One person per company can stand up for candidacy (which has to be a director of the company). The candidacy has to be for the category to which the company belongs to. If a director has several companies, the candidacy has to be for that company that belongs to the category with the highest turnover. The term of the mandate of a director will be 4 (four) years. Your candidacy should reach AWDC at the latest on June 3rd 2024, at 5 pm.
