The summer of 2025 marks the return of the bangle, an iconic model that, with its solid and monumental structure, captures the essence of our gestures and movement. On the SS 25 ready-to-wear runways, we saw them worn casually over blazers and blouses, individually or stacked on wrists and forearms.
Their sculptural form becomes a tangible expression of ideas, emotions and stories that merge with the body and the individual who wears it, as happens with the fluid lines proposed by Chiarelli, the refined geometry of Peruffo and the visual richness of Terzihan. The bracelet by Chiarelli, in 18-karat rose gold and embellished with diamonds, is a tribute to the natural beauty of the olive tree. The twisted branches, the rough bark and the lush foliage translate into a precious language that celebrates the harmony between life and nature.
Peruffo, on the other hand, focuses on a minimalism that is not afraid to explore the boundary between the simple and the sublime. The rigid bracelets in yellow gold with geometric shapes and diamonds are a tribute to the purity of the lines and the sophistication of the design. The stones, with their crystalline luminosity, accentuate the balance of the geometries, without overwhelming them.
In contrast, Terzihan offers a bracelet that speaks of artistic opulence. The Art Nouveau creation is a work of art that tells a visual story, made of swirls and sinuous lines that recall the masterpieces of an era, when art mixed with everyday life, said at VO.
