The DS Team said, “Unless we take action, lab grown diamonds will permanently destroy the natural diamond market and your business. We must urgently answer the question. Why should I pay more for a natural diamond when a lab grown diamond is indistinguishable?”
The DS Team added, I propose this answer: “Only natural diamonds are Investment Grade.” Investors consistently acquire 15-32% of precious metals. Unlocking investor demand for natural diamonds will solve the oversupply problem, and restore diamonds’ reputation with consumers.
Their team will also share about Diamond Standard’s upcoming launch of an exchange-traded product (ETP) on a major North American stock exchange, which will, for the first time, allow investors to allocate to natural diamonds as an asset class. This initiative aims to absorb excess inventory and revitalize the diamond supply chain, benefiting everyone from miners to retailers.
