Recently, Kevin Brewer, President and CEO, Walker Lane Resources suggested his view, silver has officially broken through it 13 year high, with prices surging past US$36 per ounce and gold prices are steadily holding above US$3,300 per ounce…what a great time this is for an early-stage explorer to have signific ant exposure to high grade gold and silver assets…but yet is it?
Reaction has been somewhat muted to our hard work to acquire a great portfolio of projects in mine friendly jurisdictions and to generate awareness of the significant prospectivity of these properties.
We have generated a lot of articles and updates to help inform everyone…but I sense not everyone is looking deep enough or fully understands what great prospects we have acquired and the significant value we expect to generate from a rotating drill bit on our drill-ready projects and advancing other projects to drill ready stage in a pipeline strategy.
I know of very few junior exploration companies with the diversity and strength of this portfolio. But I am not convinced shareholders and investors are buying the story…take a look the data is right there…on our website and I can provide more information and data if you are not convinced. In summary, I believe strongly in the potential of WLR. There are very few early-stage exploration companies like WLR at bargain basement prices that have the combination of an excellent portfolio of properties with a highly experienced management and technical team in exploration that are driven to have exploration success.
As a result, I am personally taking approximately $150,000 of the current placement which is a superb offering …in other words I am “putting my money where my mouth is” and I remain the single largest investor in WLR.
