Recently, the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) announced the Board of Directors, 2025. Gabrielle Grazi, President-WJA said, Meet the 2025 Board of Directors! The Women’s Jewelry Association is delighted to introduce our new Directors on the National Board for 2025! These dynamic leaders who will support our next chapter of growth, bring a collective wealth of expertise and a shared commitment for the advancement of women in the jewelry and watch industry.
1: Nicole Fein is a seasoned luxury marketing executive with expertise in jewelry and fashion. Her strategic and collaborative approach aligns with that the Women’s Jewelry Association’s mission.
As Senior Vice President of Marketing at Kwiat and Fred Leighton, Nicole has led the marketing for key initiatives such as Mine to Shine, highlighting the brand’s ethical sourcing and transparency around natural diamonds, as well as overseeing a recent brand refresh.
Previously she held leadership roles at Bergdorf Goodman, Harrods and The Natural Diamond Council, driving impactful marketing strategies and digital content transformation.
2: Robyn Fields has over 25 years of distinguished experience in the jewelry industry, where her expertise spans design, merchandising, sales, and business development. Her comprehensive background encompasses both wholesale and retail across traditional, outlet/off-price, television, and e-commerce segments of the jewelry business.
During her career, Robyn was fortunate to exercise her entrepreneurial spirit by founding and successfully managing her own fine jewelry and clothing boutique. She is recognized as an authority in both fine and costume jewelry. Presently, Robyn serves as the Vice President of Sales at Goldstar Jewellery in New York City.
3: Owner of Mayer & Watt with her husband and son, a 44-year-old company, they deal in fine gemstones from all over the world. Laurie and her family are members of W.J.A, AGTA, JBT and JSA. She is very active on boards and committees in my community.
Laurie is currently a commissioner on the Maysville/Mason County Arts commission, where she helps fund and create various projects in many different disciplines. She has been an active member of the WJA community by serving on boards both locally from LA, Midwest chapter and OH/KY and nationally as chapter leader.
4: Jacqueline Cassaway is the CEO of Diamond Wealth Ventures. She is a Luxury Retail Executive within the Jewelry and Watch industries that brings over 35 years of global expertise and experience. Jacqueline is the Women’s Jewelry Association Past President and she has served as an officer, director and member since 2018.
