IIGJ Glimpz’26: A New Generation of Designers Takes the Spotlight

488619056 glimpzThe Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) presented Glimpz ’26, its annual exhibition and awards ceremony showcasing the graduating batch of B.A. in Gems & Jewellery Design (2023-26).

Held at the Bharat Ratnam – Mega CFC Auditorium in Mumbai on 28th March, the event brought together industry leaders, mentors, and emerging design talent on a common platform, celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and the future of Indian jewellery.

Chief Guest Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, GJEPC, remarked, “Today you graduate as designers, but tomorrow you grow into storytellers of culture, craft, and innovation.”

Other distinguished dignitaries who addressed the gathering included Guest of Honour Mr. Shaunak Parikh, Vice Chairman, GJEPC; Special Guest Mr. Manan Mehta, Head – Client Development & Bespoke, Zoya; Mr. Milan Chokshi, Chairman, IIGJ; Mr Sanjay Kothari, Founding Board Member and Convener of the IIGJ Governing Board; Mr. Sabyasachi Ray, Executive Director, GJEPC; and Mr. Debasish Biswas, CEO, IIGJ.

With India increasingly shaping global design narratives, Glimpz ’26 reflects the evolving mindset of new-age designers
