Held at Mukesh Patel Auditorium, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai, the session was conducted by Mr. Atul Shah, Naturopath and Founder of Ojas Life. He shared valuable insights on holistic lifestyle practices, natural prevention and reversal of lifestyle diseases, and achieving a balance between mind and body.
