Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited’s IPO lists at Rs 265.3 on the exchange, reaches a high of Rs 274.4 on NSE

Lalithaa Jewellery Listing Ceremony 1 1 1Shares of Chennai-based Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, which is a jewellery retailer operating under the brand name Lalithaa and caters to southern jewellery markets, listed at Rs 265.3 on the exchange, a premium of 32% to IPO price.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 274.4 on the NSE, and Rs 274.3 on the BSE.

The scrip closed at Rs 248.4 on the BSE and Rs 248.44 on NSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 990.42 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 88.21 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 2,841.3 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 13,903.19 crore as per BSE and Rs 13,942.37 crore as per NSE.

The issue received bids of 3,95,22,17,604 equity shares against the offered 6,27,61,403 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Retail Portion were subscribed 145.38 times and 11.8 times, respectively. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 73.9 times.
