DMCC will host the second edition of Dubai Diamond Week from 26 to 29 October 2026, bringing together governments, miners, manufacturers, traders, retailers and technology providers at a pivotal time for the global diamond industry. The four-day programme comes as Dubai continues to strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading diamond trading hubs.
That momentum is reflected in the emirate’s latest trade performance. According to DMCC, Dubai’s diamond trade reached a record US$41.7 billion and 359.5 million carats in 2025, the highest ever recorded, with natural diamonds accounting for 95.8% of total trade value. The figures underscore Dubai’s growing importance as a global centre connecting producing countries, manufacturing hubs and consumer markets.
Against this backdrop, Dubai Diamond Week will bring together the seventh Dubai Diamond Conference (DDC) and the fifth edition of Jewellery, Gem & Technology in Dubai (JGTD), combining high-level industry dialogue with one of the region’s leading B2B sourcing platforms.
The Dubai Diamond Conference will open on 26 October under the theme “Diamond 2.0: A Strategic Reset – Reigniting Desire, Unlocking New Value”, with discussions centred on rebuilding consumer demand for natural diamonds, technology and long-term value creation. JGTD, running from 27 to 29 October at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, will showcase diamonds, coloured gemstones, finished jewellery, manufacturing technology and equipment.
Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC, said Dubai Diamond Week reflects the emirate’s emergence as a global meeting place for the diamond industry, bringing together strategic dialogue and commercial opportunities on a single platform.
