All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council [GJC] is excited to announce its second edition of GJC NextGen-a seminar on Family Business Management & Leadership Powered by GIA. The seminar will be held on July 22, 2023 at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai.
Guest speakers are including Seema Mahajan (Director, School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management at NMIMS),Chhaya Sehgal (Founder & CEO, The Winning Edge) with a special appearance of Ashish Pethe (Director, Waman Hari Pethe).
The seminar will provide a valuable insights into effective management strategies and leadership skills tailored specifically for the gem and jewellery industry. It is open to all young industry professionals and enthusiasts.
GJC Next Generation is the Committee formed keeping in view the need to bring together the next generation of jewellers, so that they can be groomed and nurtured to become better professionals, ethical businessmen and true leaders in jewellery industry.
Inculcating strong values and developing a knowledge and learning based environment for these young and bright entrepreneurs, GJC Next Generation will ensure that our leaders of tomorrow will be well informed, knowledgeable and shall have an open mind and strong business values.
GJC Next Generation aims to educate the second-generation entrepreneurs on various aspects of the business through learning summits and study. It will serve as the platform to ensure knowledge-sharing, interaction through business forums and contribution to society through CSR initiative / activities.
