Alrosa Extends CEO Pavel Marinychev’s Tenure by 3 Years

188632743 AlrosaThe Supervisory Board of Alrosa has unanimously approved the extension of Pavel Marinychev’s tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for a further three-year term. The decision was taken on 20 April 2026.

Marinychev has been with the Alrosa Group since 2016 and was appointed CEO in 2023. Prior to leading the company, he headed its subsidiary, Annabar Diamonds.

Before joining Alrosa, Marinychev served as First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where he oversaw geology and subsoil use, along with industry, energy, construction, and housing and communal services for over six years.
